Return Policy
All sales through Custom Golf Bags Co. are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on completed orders. Because every bag we produce is custom-decorated â embroidered or heat-transfer printed to your approved artwork, colors, and specifications â an order cannot be resold or restocked once it’s made, and we’re not able to offer the standard “return it if you change your mind” policy you’d see with off-the-shelf products.
Our Production Guarantee
What we do offer is a production guarantee, not a return policy. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, or if the finished bags do not match the mockup you approved before production, we will remake or replace the affected items at no charge to you. This guarantee exists to cover mistakes on our end â a misprinted logo, incorrect placement, a defective bag, or decoration that deviates from what you signed off on. It is not a mechanism for returning bags because of a change of mind, sizing preference, or general dissatisfaction unrelated to a production error.
Why We Work This Way
Before any bag goes into production, we send a free digital mockup for your review and require your explicit approval. That approval step exists specifically so you can catch and correct any issues with logo placement, colors, thread choice, or bag configuration before we cut, embroider, or print anything. Once production starts against your approved mockup, the bags are made specifically for you and can’t be repurposed or sold to another customer â which is why final-sale terms apply industry-wide for custom decorated goods, and why ours do too.
Reporting an Issue
If you believe your order arrived defective or doesn’t match your approved mockup, contact us within 14 days of delivery at george@customgolfbagsco.com. Please include your order details and clear photos of the affected bags so we can review the issue quickly and, where the guarantee applies, get a remake or replacement into production.
