Shipping Policy

Every order placed with Custom Golf Bags Co. is a custom, made-to-order production run — we don’t hold pre-made inventory of decorated bags. Because of that, shipping for bulk golf bag orders works a little differently than it would for an off-the-shelf product, and the details below are meant to give you a realistic, general picture of how it typically goes rather than a fixed set of promises.

Production & Timelines

Once you approve your digital mockup, your order enters our production queue. Standard production and shipping generally falls within a 3–4 week window from that approval date, though this is an estimate and not a guarantee. Actual timing can vary depending on order quantity, decoration method (embroidery vs. heat-transfer), the complexity of your artwork, current production volume, and the shipping destination. We’ll keep you updated as your order moves through production, but please treat any dates we share as targets rather than commitments.

Rush Options

If you’re working against a tighter deadline, ask us about rush production when you request your quote. Depending on our current capacity and the specifics of your order, we may be able to compress the timeline for an additional fee. Rush availability varies and isn’t guaranteed for every order, quantity, or decoration type.

Shipping Costs

We don’t publish a flat shipping rate because cost depends on too many moving parts — order quantity, box/pallet count, destination, and service level all factor in. Your shipping cost will be calculated and included as part of your project quote or invoice before production begins, and it should be treated as an estimate based on the information available at the time of quoting. Final costs can shift slightly if order details, destination, or carrier rates change.

Delivery & Tracking

We ship nationwide across the U.S. and can accommodate international shipping on request — reach out during the quoting process if your order needs to go outside the U.S. so we can price it accordingly. Once your order ships, we’ll provide tracking information for your shipment(s) so you can monitor progress. Transit times after the package leaves our facility are set by the carrier, not by us, so we’re not able to guarantee exact delivery dates.

Multiple Destinations

Ordering for multiple offices, teams, or events? We can typically split a single order and ship to several addresses from one distribution list — useful for corporate accounts, tournaments, or team gear that needs to land in different locations. Just provide your address list during the quote or approval stage. Splitting shipments may affect overall cost and timing, and we’ll account for that in your quote.
