Yes. We can produce a pre-production proof — a physical sample built with your actual artwork, colors, and decoration method — before you commit to the full run. Sample cost and lead time are quoted upfront, and in many cases the sample cost is credited back once you place the bulk order.

Yes. You can combine stand bags, cart bags, tour staff bags, and other styles in a single order and count them toward the same volume pricing tier. This is common for pro shops and tournaments that want a range of bags at different price points under one purchase order.

Yes. We keep your artwork, thread colors, Pantone matches, and specs on file, so a reorder is a matter of confirming quantity and ship date. There is no need to resubmit files or approve a new mockup unless you want to change something.

No. Every order includes a free digital mockup showing your logo placed on the actual bag style and color you selected, delivered in 24–48 hours. Revisions are unlimited and free until you approve the final version.

Vector files — AI, EPS, SVG, or a print-ready PDF — produce the cleanest embroidery digitizing and heat-transfer output. If you only have a photo, screenshot, or low-resolution PNG, send what you have. Our designers will recreate it as print-ready vector artwork at no charge.

Yes. Our designers can build a clean, print-ready logo or wordmark from scratch based on your direction, or clean up an existing design so it embroiders and prints correctly. This is included in your order at no extra design fee.

Yes. We match thread and print colors to your specific Pantone codes so your bags are consistent with your existing branding, uniforms, or signage. If you don’t have Pantone codes on hand, we can help identify the closest match from your logo files.

Yes. Send us a spreadsheet with a name or number for each bag and we will personalize every unit in the run. This is common for golf teams, tournament committees, and corporate gifting programs that want each recipient’s name on their bag.

Unlimited. We do not charge for revisions and will not move to production until you sign off on a mockup you are fully satisfied with.

Production takes 3–4 weeks from the date you approve your mockup. This covers material cutting, embroidery or heat-transfer decoration, bag assembly, and quality inspection before shipment.

Yes, for orders with a firm deadline such as a tournament date or event. Tell us your target ship date when you request a quote and we will confirm whether a rush schedule is possible and what it costs.

Yes. Provide a distribution list with names and addresses and we will split and ship the order accordingly. This is common for corporate gifting programs and teams spread across multiple locations.

We remake or replace it. If a bag arrives damaged in transit or does not match your approved mockup, contact us and we will make it right at no cost to you. Full terms are outlined in our Return Policy.

We accept major credit cards and ACH bank transfer. Established organizations — schools, clubs, and corporations — can also pay by purchase order. Payment is due on approval of your mockup, not before.

Yes. If you have a comparable quote for the same specifications — material, quantity, and decoration method — from another supplier, send it to us and we will match it.

Standard colors are Black, Navy, White, Charcoal Grey, Forest Green, and Tan. If you’re not sure which fits your brand, we can advise based on your logo. Custom Pantone-matched colors are available on request for larger orders.

Yes. Embroidery is stitched directly into the ballistic nylon or synthetic leather, so it will not peel, crack, or fade the way a printed decal does — it’s the more durable choice for logos that see heavy handling, like straps and pockets. Heat-transfer printing bonds pigment into the fabric surface under heat and pressure, which holds up well for larger, multi-color designs on flatter panels. We’ll recommend the right method for your specific artwork and bag placement.

Our bags are built from ballistic nylon or synthetic leather, both chosen for durability and weather resistance. Ballistic nylon is lightweight and abrasion-resistant, ideal for stand bags and travel covers that get thrown in and out of a trunk. Synthetic leather gives a premium look for tour staff and cart bags while staying weather-resistant and easy to clean.

Wipe the bag down with a damp cloth and mild soap for regular cleaning, and spot clean stains as soon as they happen. Avoid machine washing or submerging the bag, which can damage stitching and structure. Let it air dry away from direct heat before storing.
